CK Medical Staffing is a nurse-owned, family-run staffing agency built on service, integrity, and purpose. Our story began in Kansas with a simple goal, offer healthcare professionals and facilities a more personal, dependable, and supportive staffing experience.

Our Beginning
A Step of Faith, Built on Purpose CK Medical Staffing began with a vision to serve healthcare with integrity and heart. Our founders came from the bedside, experiencing firsthand
the realities of short staffing, burnout, and the ways strong leadership can change outcomes.
What started as a step of faith grew into a national staffing partner, still grounded in the same principles that shaped those early days, serve well, act with purpose, and always do what’s right for clinicians and the hospitals who depend on them.
